Level 1 & 2 Pole

The foundation to your pole journey. Level 1 focuses on strength, ground work and beginner pole tricks.

Level 2- In level 2 you will learn intermediate grips and spins, inverting from the ground and inverted tricks.

Intro to Sexy Pole

This workout is designed to build your strength while learning a sexy routine. Sexy Pole includes floor work, pole gripping and sensual movement.

Open Gym

This class is for anyone to join at any level of pole expertise. An instructor will be available for coaching, however you can have the freedom to practice solo.
